Cafe On The Corner

I am a coffee buff and their coffee is the best in town, the cafe is a clean place to sit and people watch.I love the window seat. If you are a little on the snobby side this might not be the place for you as it is a relaxing atmosphere and everyone loves life. The food is made fresh and the bread and pastries are brought in fresh daily!!! Love love love the new owners and this place!!! more

This is the most disgusting establishment in Dover. I bought two wraps from here and the staff was not wearing gloves and hair was all over the place. I took it as two teenagers working and no big deal. Boy was I wrong. My husband found many pieces of hair in his sandwich, at this point I lost my appitite and could even begin to eat my sandwich. I called the cafe and the girls said Manager would call me back. The manager called and was extremely defensive and rude!!! I know this place has switched owners and it has gone down hill. The conversation ended with the manager calling me a bitch and hanging up on me. Obviously she is young and new at this but come on, have a little class. Her name is Jessica and she is completely obnoxious and volatile! Don't eat here! Gross, gross, gross! Adele's is a million times better. more

Cafe on the Corner is one of the social hubs of Dover. All the trendy proles get coffee here. They renovated it last year and the inside kind of sucks compared to before, but it's still a relaxing cafe environment. The renovations made it look way more conservative inside than it really is. Excellent coffee, iced coffee, chai, cappucino, and delicious and varied dessert baked goods. They serve sandwiches of all kinds, but I've only ever had the egg & cheese breakfast sandwiches, which are top notch. If I want coffee while I'm in Dover I always go here. more
