Cafe Mexicali is the best and fastest Mexican food in Fort Collins. The food is made fresh and made to order right in front of you. I have had about 6 different items on the menu. My favorite is the smothered chicken buritto and my wife loves the Mango Chicken salad. The prices are mid range $6-8 a meal, but it is worth it. more
