I made a reservation for 12 women on a Thursday night a week in advance, we arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and it was not even set up for us. We had a great dinner regardless. The Shrimp and Grits are to die for. We all paid our bills, and the waitress never picked them up, then called and said we left without paying. Not good! One lady was $4.00 short but they added a tip to everyone's bill. Smarter to just relay on your service to get good tips. But overall it was good food. The staff is not what it used to be, and it would have been nice to have a table cloth on a metal table outside instead of place mats. I have eaten here over 50+ times, and they still do not know me. Customer service is knowing your clientele.
