Great food with a French flair 3/17/2006

Cafe Gaston is a great little secret in Orland Park. The food is french inspired in a quaint cafe setting. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and have wonderful desserts. They also do catering. The prices are very reasonable and I can't say enough about how good the food is. My favorite is the french toast and if I eat lunch or dinner there the daily specials are always very good. I buy those most of the time for lunch. I've never been unhappy with the food I have eaten at Cafe Gaston. more

French cafe setting 12/10/2005

This restaurant is in a strip mall, but inside you feel like you are in a small French cafe. Food is made in plain sight over a counter where you place your order. You sit where you like, even outdoors if weather permits. Your food is brought to your table. The fish is quite good. I also recommend the crab cakes. more

Gourmet Cusine Cafeteria Style 12/2/2005

Cafe Gaston is set up where you place your order and they make it right in front of you- fresh breakfast, lunch and dinner- and it's served almost immediately. They frequently offer unique quiches, sandwiches and pasta dishes. When the weather permits, there is outdoor dining as well. The bakery is also very good. more
