I first heard about this place when my friend got a job here. It's a little tucked back and not very noticeable for the sign just says ""FOOD"". However, when you enter, it's great! The dining area is simple but clean and usually big enough to accommodate lunch patrons.
And the food...omg. They make all their soups from scratch so they are all fantastic. They taste like home made - my favorite is the clam chowder. And they are also quality sandwich makers with high quality ingredients and a great pickle/pepper mix. They also make all their baked goods and have carrot cake that will make anyone break their diet. :-)
Also the staff is very friendly and Dennis, the owner, now knows me and we have nice chats while I'm checking out. I would definitely go there more often if I worked in Boulder. Highly Recommended.
