One of the spots in the French QUarter where you can have a lot of fun for very little money. The coffee is always good and the relatively new addition of iced version makes for even more fun in the summer. Beignets .. what can one say about them ;-) Always tempting. If you are a first time visitor, make sure you wear dark clothes!! LOL LOL LOL And after you do, ask me how to eat beignets properly LOL more

A New Orleans classic 12/22/2005

I was so happy to hear that this little fried slice of New Orleans culture re-opened after Katrina devastated the area. I can't tell you how many times I sat at this amazing French Quarter outdoor café and watched the people and the pageantry that is New Orleans. The street musicians sit right next to you playing that famous southern jazz and the friendly wait staff keep the Cafe Au Lait's flowing and the decadent Beignet's coming. A must see and eat for anyone visiting or living in the Crescent City. more

Can't come here without it. 8/19/2005

If you haven't heard of this great little coffee shop then you've been deprived for far too long. Here you can find the best beignets in the entire country. Open 24hours there are one of the signiture coffee shop of new orleans. The prices are super cheap and you can enjoy any of there numerous locations. It's great for a late snack after a night of partys or early afternoon as you walk downtown. more
