This place is probably the best patisserie (or dessert-only restaurant) I have ever been to in Orange County and perhaps the Greater Los Angeles area. Chef/Owner Tomi Harase and the entire staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have become a regular and both Tomi and his wife still recognized me after not having gone for over 2 months. The location is a tad irregular, in a strip mall where you necessarily wouldn't think of having a quaint little patisserie. I literally have had almost everything on their menu, though I have yet to try their gelato. I highly recommend the Miroir and the T Maisson. If you have the time, get your dessert there and they bring your dessert presented as if you had gotten it at a restaurant, with sauces and garnishes and all. A nice detail about the place itself is that it has an angled mirror afixed to the ceiling so you can look ""down"" into their work area.
