The food here is fantastic and always an adventure, but we go as much for the fascinating show put on by the one-or two person staff who work their magic in the tiniest kitchen we've ever seen. Five people can be fed in 20 minutes, with only a wok, a rice cooker, a microwave, a couple refrigerators, and probably a hot plate here and there. Amazing. Love the fried rice, the spring rolls, and the pearl tea. Best part is, the entire menu is safe for vegetarians!
