I found this garage door repair company by doing a search in Google for garage door repair. I then called 6 of the companies listed. Two didn't answer (and lost out) and four did. I received quotes ranging from $150 to $220 to fix my torsion spring which had broken. I then went online and looked for reviews. Kasey 's quote was for $155 and he had favorable reviews. I called him back and he was able to come out to our house that afternoon. I was a few minutes late and Kasey waited out front. He said the didn't mind at all and that he always could use time like that to do paperwork. He then fixed our torsion spring, lubricated all of the bolts, re-aligned the side roller cables and tested the door. The door was catching in one place causing it to not close correctly. Kasey then spent about another 30 minutes to work on various areas of the system so that everything worked right. I wondered if I would get an extra bill for this but the bill still came out at $150 and there were no hidden fees like taxes, etc. It was all in all a very good experience. As other members mentioned, he also told me how to get a spray to better maintain the spring and overall system so it would last longer.
On the personal side of things, Kasey this garage door company is a very affable guy. He's a normal, young guy that is trying to start a successful small business. He gives good service and I'm happy to pass on the word. I highly recommend him.
