I will never go to Cactus Willies in Security Mall again 6/23/2009

We went there for lunch on Saturday, suppose to have been seafood. We had to ask for the seafood and finally some burnt tasting fried soft shell crabs were bought out, no shrimp no mussels, dried out baked fish was there and the other foods that I tasted was horrible. This place has cheap food and little to no taste. Don't bother to complain, the management just tells you its the owners fault and walks away. Nice! I will not go there again for any reason. i love to come to this restauraunt at least once a week with my family , wether im having a party in the banquet room or just eating dinner with a few a few friends , but my favorite server has not been there in at least a month she was pregnant so maybe she is on leave but i miss her .. if any one goes to eat at willies please request kayla she is the best Pros: great food and wonderfull service espesially when you get kayla Cons: gets very crowded and not all the servers are so nice more

catus willies is a nice place to go my kids enjoy the desserts and the different choices on the buffet the prices are good and cheap the employees are always smiling and friendly keep up the good work! Pros: thumbs up for the different food choices and the good prices more

Cactus Willies is not what i would call a Best of Baltimore. It is cheap food at best. I have been to other buffets that put it to shame. Golden Corral has far better food with a better selection of food and desert. Cons: Mediocre food quality, Cheap food more

The service is horrible! The steak is smaller than my bread plate! I've eaten here 3x and gotten 2 free dinners because of the horrible way I was treated. Do not go there! Pros: all you can eat, good for kids, inexpensive Cons: steak is gross, bad service, nothing to like! more

First words from my Husband, ""How about Cactus Willies"", when I ask if he would like to go out to Dinner. This man hates crowds, but doesn't mind Cactus Willies on their busiest day, because you are seated very fast and they never run out of your choice of food. Great place to eat for a Great Price. more

Feeds an Army for less 8/1/2002

I have seven kids. Yep, you read it right...SEVEN!!! I take my family to Cactus Willie's all the time. The food is good and healthy with lots of choices so everyone is pleased. I can get out of there for less than two people can eat at any restaurant in the city. more
