Great Value at the Bar 2/13/2007

We love Cache Cache. We have gone now each time we have skiied in Aspen. The first time we went we had heard about their ""Bar Menu"" on Rachael Ray's $40 a Day show. We had no idea this ""Bar Menu"" concept existed. Pros: Great Value if eating at the bar from the ""Bar Menu"" Cons: Might have to wait, we had to come back twice to get a table...but well worth it!!! more

What's with the attitude at Cache Cache 7/27/2006

It takes more than decent food and decor to make it work. Theres a third ingredient often the most important called service. Unfortunately, this is where Cache Cache has recently fallen short, and it clearly comes straight from the top. On our recent visit, the only dish we stuck around for was a heaping plate of Rudeness, delivered directly by the owner. more

Cache It To The Bank 1/6/2003

Jodie, the owner, is in the front of the dining room every night to welcome you to her restaurant. The food is traditional Ameri-French and teh decor warm and realxing. However, it gets very crowded, and rowdy at the bar. I have been coming here with my family for years, and there is a reason why we come back all of the time. The food stays the same, becaus ethe formula actually works. Hooooray for Jodie, and her polished and diligent staff! Pros: JOdie, food, wine list Cons: crowded, euro-trash, fur coats more
