While CBT is moving south of Fort Collins, it will continue to be our bank. The people make this bank--first name basis is the norm. These bankers are efficient, friendly and professional. It is a small town bank with great ideas and wonderful employees. They always aim to please. more

GREAT Bank 8/25/2013

We have been banking with CBT for many years. We received a construction loan in 2007, started building in 2008, and then the economy tanked and our Plan A went to pot. Everyone thought Plan A was all we need, so we didn't have a Plan B. Everyone at the bank has worked with us to mutual benefit, and they have worked with us thru some very difficult times and sticky situations to help us continue to enjoy our dream home. Brian, Lorna, John, Doug and Patty (the last two are no longer with the bank) are THE BEST. I cannot give this bank enough kudos. A handshake really does still have meaning. more

They hate small business customers 8/16/2011

Good: They used to be a great bank, this all changed around 2008-9.. Bad: They told me to my face, that I was an inconvenience to them to have my account there.. Improvements: Management change, customer service basics!. Other: Loan officer Lorna Reeves also laughed in my face when I went in to pay off a loan.. more

A bank that actually still remembers what customer service is!! 10/31/2005

My company banks with them, so I get a good deal, as far as free checking and free checks. An old boyfriend banked there, and they actually personally called him up to let him know that he had overdrawn one day. What bank does that anymore? Most of them WANT you to overdraw so they can happily collect their fees! They know me by name, and they care about all of their customers. It's very worth banking here! more
