TRULY THE WORST! Very disappointed! There is no privacy. There is a guy at front office, I believe his name is Paul. Very nice guy, attentive. Otherwise, forget about it. They have an attitute problem. You would not even want to stop by to say hi, you would be sent to the bathroom for urine test. They keep billing you for the things you just took a test for already and you won't be covered. And I agree with another critic, it is so embassing to walk in the waiting room area with your urine sample in your hand everyone looking at you! \r

1-Two weeks ago, I asked to be tested for STDs, I was asked to go to the front desk and pay $290 first. Because I was told ""we don't test you for STDs unless you have symptoms, if you still want to do it, you need to pay in advance!"" I had never heard of that. They accept my insurance, so what is the problem? Just because you don't have symptoms, doesn't mean everything is well. \r
\r
2- MY TESTS were lost, they tried to cover up. I tried to get my results, they kept saying they were not ready or tried to change the subject. WORST: They later said There is something wrong, you need to take the test again! I was so worried, then I found out they lost the b.work, instead of telling me the truth, they kept playing with me. Dr Ang, the nurse, the front desk all gave me different stories. \r
\r
3-My insurance asked my doctor's office to verify a prescription the first time only because it is injectible. Dr Ang e-mails me ""We have other patients to deal with..."" ""Next month, change your health insurance that won't have this problem or pay cash"". \r
\r
4-All the time, I was very nice about it, very understanding, Dr. Ang would not even say ""sorry about it!"" I finally wanted to change my doctor. I had brought my own medical records that were mailed to me by previous doctor. I wanted the copy of them, which is about 10 pages. I was told ""You need to send us the postage first!""\r
