Dr. Cacciotti was highly recommended to us by friends whose two daughters had their orthodontia done by him. His approach is down to earth and he avoids the current excesses in orthodontia treatment. He also spent as much time as we needed to explain all procedures and options, length of treatment, and billing issues. Our daughter has now had her braces for almost 6 months and all seems to be going well and according to plan. We also like that he is conveniently located in the town center of Ithaca. Although it must be a bother for them, the office is wonderful at calling with appointment reminders and dealing with insurance issues.
