FABULOUS Salon and Spa! 1/19/2010

The owner has created two distinct environments in one building. The Hair Salon is fun and lively! The Spa is peaceful and tranquil while you are getting a facial or massage. The whole staff is freindly, professional and very knowledgable about hair and skincare along with knowing the latest styles and techniques. Pros: Beautiful facility and staff. more

The owner is a SNOB! 6/18/2008

Okay besides the fact that the owner Ms.Cacciato has seen me there a few times for hair color/cuts and facials, she talked down to me and my daughter who is 7 and also got her hair cut. She made a remark about how her salon is not a ""babysitting"" place which I understand, but I was not asking anyone to sit for my kid, my kid needed a haircut as well! I noticed her clients are generally middle aged woman anyways and maybe she prefers to keep it that way! more

Want to visit a great salon/day spa with the most relaxed atmosphere ever? The staff is as welcoming as they are down-to-earth and experienced. Beautiful new facility, just outside the SW Chicago limits. more
