Very disappointed long time customer of Cableone. I have been a customer of cable tv and internet for the past 10+ years. I have never been late on a payment and suddenly the past couple of months I have been charged $20 to $45 a month overage fees for too much internet usage. First of all I had no idea there was a limit, I am guessing that this is something new they snuck in to the fine print of the terms and conditions. I called them to find out what was going on and they had no explaination of options for me to save money. I have been paying almost $120 a month normally and as much as $160 when going over and they have no solution, no unlimited plan etc. All they could offer was to give me a home phone which I don't want or need and that still doesn't help my internet usage. Give me a break CABLEONE! you are terrible and dont' care about good customers. I have tried to stay loyal and optimistic but I can't take the abuse any longer, so I am going to Century Link where I can get the same 40mb speeds, unlimited usage, no contract, locked price for 5 years and all for $29.99 a month. So I guess your the loser here and I wish I would have left your unfaithful company a long time ago. Next to go is my cable tv as soon as I find the best option out there. I will never come back and you are on a downward spiral to losing subscribers. Keep volunteering in our community cuz that's all your any good for! PEACE!
