WOW!!! This dealership is hands down the best out there. Our salesman was Mike Hooper. We called the dealership to see what that had in stock because we would be driving about 2 hours to get there. We had a specific truck in mind and a specific price. Mike got extremely busy the day we called and told us he was going to have Darren Hearn help us for a bit. Darren did a great job as well. We decided to head up to Independence on Saturday morning to test drive the truck. We were welcomed by Darren who in returned called for Mike. They already had the truck detailed and ready to roll! On our way up we also decided we wanted to look at the GMC Denali. So they took us up in the Chevy to look at it. We were sold on the Chevy Silverado. Mike went over every detail of the truck to us...So we didn't have any problems figuring out the radio set up (which is very intense) Then Mike sent us back to Joe in Finance who did a great job at explain all of our options to us. He was also very helpful in going over the details of each. This dealership is the most friendliest, helpful, and non pressuring dealership I have ever been to. The atmosphere here is so positive and upbeat! Everyone was walking around full of smiles! I want to thank both Mike & Darren for all there help! Everybody there is friendly, and Mr. Dahmer is funny. I feel like I have made some great new friends. I get a free loaner even if I am just getting an oil change! They didn't waste my time, they got me the best price in town for my 2002 Honda, and I got all the money for it. My wife loves her new Traverse, and the kids are still so excited they tell everybody about "their new car". I gonna buy all of my cars there from now on. more

They will try to deceive you and lie to you in order to gain a couple of extra dollars. If you do buy from them I would finance through outside lender. more

They have a great selection of chevys here, and they have a large service department with good service, although the customer shuttle takes so long they really need to have more than just one of them. They also have a used car lot and a large bodyshop there that does great work. more
