Kitchen remodeling nirvana 12/17/2009

We hired them to do a complex remodel of our 30 year old kitchen, & breakfast room. In the middle of the project we were so pleased with the results that we added a major addition to the work. You should see the final results, all who visit are so impressed with our new kitchen. The design is what makes our kitchen feel like we live in a brand new state of the art Home. We spent a goodly sum but it looks like we spent a lot more. Try these guys! Pros: Good selection of cabinets in all prices Cons: Kitchen remodeling is not cheap more

promised a dream but it became a nightmare 8/24/2009

A 3 month job took over 7 months. At one point the owner did not visit the job site for more than 3 weeks. I think the job was too big for him. Other than the carpenter, his other subcontracters were not qualified & I found out that some of them were actually substance abusers and exfelons. We continue to have problems with the very expensive cabinets and the plumbing is a disaster. Do Not use Cabinets On Time if you value your sanity. Pros: The carpenter, Jason. he saved the job Cons: Tempermental owner with all sorts of personal issues. more

Great sales pitch but poor service after the sale 3/6/2009

His sister apologized but that is not what I asked for. She did not owe the apology. When John apologizes to me, I will remove my review. Pros: Good sales pitch Cons: Does not listen to customer more
