I agree with Jimmy Boy!!!! We purchased cabinets here for our business because they were cheap and the look I wanted was going to be expensive. The price was great, but that's where the utopia ended! \r \r I put half down for my cabinets, and when I went to make another payment, they had charged me in full again! They couldn't refund my money right then and there because if was Friday after 5. Their mistake caused my account to overdraw for three days and they refused to own up to their mistake and pay the overdraft fee. \r \r Next, the cabinets were delivered when promised, however one was delivered without doors and only half of my custom ordered countertops came in. Even then, some of the countertops that were supposed to be used for an island were not finished in the back. They said they had ran out of laminate but that they would be ready by Monday. Monday we came in to pick up the countertops, and the guy in the front ALI, which is the worse to deal with, swears up and down he said Wednesday... when I know he didn't. Wednesday became Friday and so on. \r \r It's been over a month that we've been dealing with these ""morons"" as Jimmy Boy calls them, and I agree and I still don't have those cabinet doors that are missing. Last excuse: that they needed to be stained. These cabinets come from the manufacture the color they need to be. There's absolutely no need to stain them. It's now Tuesday, and they won't pick up my phone calls. I\r \r I'M FED UP!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! CHEAP CABINETS! POOR QUALITY! UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! IT'S BEEN A NIGHTMARE! I just read the last review and felt the need to comment. I used Alex at cabinet express and had a HUGE kitchen put into my house...Really HUG and honestly, there were a few glitches, but none that were not immediately addressed by Alex and the staff. I love the cabinets I received, the silent closing doors and drawers are awesome,. The glaze finish on the cabinets is stunning, the workmanship is beautiful, I am brought to tears each time I enter the room. Thank you for all you did! Deb Ragone more

Well, it's been 2 months now and I still do not have all my cabinets. This place is the worst establishment I have ever been to in my 35 years if life. The owner Alex is a total moron along with his entire staff, From his office personel to the illegal labor he has working for him in the shop downstairs. They have absolutly no clue what they are doing, especially Eugine, one of the supposed designer/salesman. It is truly a crime that this place is allowed to operate in the State of New York. Please don't be fooled, The prices are cheap, but this place is the definition of ""YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"" Pros: None whatsoever Cons: the entire establishment more
