We recently had granite installed by Cabinet Express. They were friendly and efficient. I was so pleased with them, that I ordered new countertops for 2 of my bathrooms. It was a very pleasant experience, and I would certainly recommend them. more

I just recently had countertops installed in Munfordville, KY. This company was great to work with. Ben and Megan were very kind and helpful. The installers were like busy bees. You would not believe how nice my countertops look! I too saw some negative comments, but I can assure you based on my experience this company is good at what they do. I am going to enjoy everyone seeing these countertops this Christmas! more

I have read the negative reviews, and frankly was a little worried after I had already paid my almost 3K and I saw those reviews. However, I never had one ounce of a problem with this company or their product. The staff at the shop seemed very friendly and ready to accommodate. The 2 young men that installed the granite countertops were very professional and did an outstanding job. The countertops look awesome, and they gave me some much needed advice on putting my faucet in. I realize that with all companies there are going to be those that are unhappy, but, I have nothing but good to say about this company and would definitely recommend them for your countertop needs. more

Run VERY VERY VERY fast! in the opposite direction! If i could give this place no stars i would! BEN the assist. ""manager"" Is HORRIBLE!!!! does not return phone calls, EVER! they get their money and dissapear! i used them through the lowes in hendersonville and regret every min. of my decision. lowes has attempted to make the situation right and in the end refunded me a few hundred bucks. i had a flaw in my granite and it has taken about 5 months to get it resolved mostly due to the fact that cabinet express wont return phone calls. after 3 attempts they did the best they could do to repair the area on the counter and ben said hed mail me a warranty for the spot. have i seen a warranty?? NOPE! have i called him 4 times? YEP! and i have also called the Owner, Rocky, who believe it or not- ALSO WONT RETURN MY CALLS! what kind of low life, loser (who calls himself an )owner is he????! ill tell you- the kind who take your money and run and care nothing about their service! do yourself a HUGE favor and never use this company! i have a friend who also used them and had the same run around and issues! they have a crack in their granite caused by installation and cabinet express said ""sorry, nothing we can do about it""...lowes need to find themselves a new company. because for the $3000 i spent- id expect better service.. i can only hope they go out of business so ROCKY can suffer like the rest of us. more

if you are considering pruchasing granite countertops from Lowes Home Improvement Store.DON'T. Sorry Lowes. you know I love doing business with you but the subcontrators for their granite installation is CABINET EXPRESS. Worse customer service ever. This company installed granite in my kitchen that cracked under stress within a couple of weeks of the install. Their front man Ben, is noncaring, does not return phone calls and thinks that the crack is ""not that bad"". Wish he was paying the bill. after a botched attemp to ""fix the crack with resin and buffing I expressed that I was still not happy with the results. Management at Lowes has verbally relayed to me that the owner ,of Cabinet Express ,Rocky, basically says , sorry , nothing he can do about it. I have basically been told to live with it. Never ever would i recommend such an expensive upgrade to your home be contracted to this company, Cabinet Express. Dont believe me.? contact me for a free look at my counter top. I will be happy to show you what they told me ""live with"" they've done all they can do. DO NOT USE CABINET EXPRESS.!! RUN FAST. more

I recently did business with Cabinets Express and had the worst experience with quality and craftsmanship that I have ever had in my life! Find a company who cares about their customers and knows what they are doing! You will be glad you did. It is nice to hire a local company, but quality is more important that local. Pros: They are a local Gallatin company Cons: They do not stand behind their work. They cut corners at the customers expense. more
