My son, who is periodically locked up for the crime of being homeless (long, ongoing story) was recently released from Lancaster prison. A long-time friend of his sister made the considerable drive to pick Brian up. The friend arrived before 6:30 AM as instructed. He waited 5 hours and finally had to leave.
