CVS/Pharmacy

While it's not a medical facility, CVS should still have at least a mediocre restroom. NOT SO! Dirty sink, no actual toilet tissue holder (it was sitting on the grab bar,) no hand soap (wall mount AND vanity free-standing soap dispensers both empty,) trash overflowing, no seat protectors, and no hook or place for a purse. This all at 9am!! YUK!! I expect more of CVS. more

While the store is nice and have great deals, the pharmacy leaves something to be desired. Right after having surgery, I was on my way home from the hospital when we had to stop and pick up my prescriptions. I was sitting there in severe pain while they figured out wether or not one of my prescriptions came in generic or not and then, had to contact the doc. I sat there for almost an hour doubled over in pain! PLUS, the pain medicine WASN'T the one they were disputing!!! FINALLY, a the older woman behind the counter was like, oh, do you need your pain medicine??? GRRRR!!!! This was after speaking up about it!!!! Since then, I have gotten ALL of my prescriptions filled at Walgreens. I will NEVER be going back to CVS for prescriptions. This was not the first time they messed around while I was waiting for a prescription. They have some definite problems back there and employees who either need retrained or they need to retire. more
