The lady in the pharmacy with the nose ring was un-helpful to say the very least. When I first went to the window she starred at the computer, and mumbled ""Can I help you?"" I responded with ""I need to fill a prescription."" She then proceeded to stare at the computer for another minute or so, me standing there with the worse case of nausea ever. She finally asked me what prescription I needed to fill. I showed her my list of medicines I was supposed to take that I received from the ER when I went the night prior. I also explained to her that I was in the same CVS the night prior to pick up my antibiotics, and the guy that assisted me that night had put the nausea medicine on hold for me. She refused to look up my name, date of birth, phone number, or cvs card. She said ""This is not a prescription. I can't help you."" I explained to her that the guy held on to the prescription when he put it on hold for me. Worst experience ever. She was rude, and pre-occupied (probably not even with her job). Horrible employee. Seriously. Have someone who actually knows how to help people work in the pharmacy.
