If you sign up for the extra care card, you can really save sooooo much money. Just look through the weekly flyer and your coupons and you can really make out once you add in the ""extra bucks"". If they have a sale, but are out of stock of that item, they will give you a raincheck for the sale price. I'd say that's pretty fair. Pros: Most of the people working there are helpful. Filled an eye drop prescription for 84.99. I commented to the cashier on the price, and she asked if I still wanted it. I said I better take it and that if I didn't use it I would just bring it back. The cashier never stated I couldn't do that, just took my money. My husband called the same day (upset about the 84.99), in which they directed him to look at the receipt that states ""Returns accepted thru 01/09/2010."" No, I didn't buy anything else, just the prescription.Attempted to return it after I didn't use it, didn't even open the bag, still stapled shut with the receipt. CVS stated there is a federal law prohibiting the return of prescriptions.This is a very shady practice. Pros: nothing special compared to other pharmacies Cons: customer service, honest business practices more
