CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy is frustrating. It's close to my house but they can't seem to get the prescriptions right. They delayed my first prescriptions about 2 weeks. The clerks don't speak english too well, they seem to be careless with the prescriptions and info, they mis-copy the info from the prescription to their computers then loose the written prescription (or don't want to look for them), they won't try to help correct their own mistakes (instead they made me go to the doctor to get the prescriptions again), they don't seem to carry adequate supplies of common medications, the pharmacist doesn't seem to care about the customers. There are several people behind the counter, each with a specialized function, no assistance from one another, the outcome is disfunctionality. I returned to renew my prescriptions for the second month. I found it was so frustrating again that I cancelled the order and I'm going to another pharmacy. more

Don't ever go to this CVS! Pick any other pharmacy besides this one! The service people are slow and rude and the head pharmacist does not care about his patients! I had to endure using this pharmacy for four months and they never once got any of my order correct and once they even gave me someone else's prescription!!! The wait in line is usually over 20 minutes, no matter if you go inside or through the drivethru, even though there's usually 8 or 9 people working behind the counter. Just stay away!! Go somewhere else!!!!!!! more
