I think Lynn has her story wrong. The price to do the whole job, removing cabinets, subfloor, and replacing floor was $2000-3000. She wanted us to remove and replace the wet particle board only that was $635. Unfortunately when you remove wet particle board it crumbles so it will be jagged around the edges. As far as her stove when we took it to a appliance repair store the technician showed us where the stove door was broke already, we just picked it up to slide out from the cabinets and the front glass fell to the floor as soon as we picked up on it. We did offer to buy a new one but she wanted us to deliver the new and haul off the old stove. more

This business was recommended by a friend - eek! We had a plumbing issue that flooded the kitchen. Of course, the particle board floor warped. So, I called to have them look at it. Originally, the price was $2000-$3000 and he kept asking about homeowners insurance. I told him I wasn't filing it on homeowners ins and suddenly the price came down to $635. hmmm.... price gouging much? So, I hire them. The first contractor comes out to my house and, quite literally, ripped up the particle board. We're talking about jagged edges everywhere that you couldn't even get to with a saw. The next day, a different contractor comes out, who is not happy to see this mess. So, he does his best (minimally) to correct it. The third day, they bring in another guy to help them. We're now on the 4th day. There are 3"" jagged spaces between the cut particle board and the ripped out part, which they say they'll patch. By all accounts, when the first guy messed it up, they should have pulled the cabinets and replaced what he messed up, but instead, they'd rather patch and go the cheap route. \r \r I should also mention that they shattered my oven door when moving the stove and tried to get out of paying for it. I ended up splitting it with them, but I am not pleased more

I can't say enough about Mark Cain and his company CSSI, I have used the other guys that advertise all over the television and they did alright but you pay for the advertising one way or another. Anyone who wants a great deal and prompt service should give this company a shot I will continue to use them In the future and I will tell all my nieghbors and friends to give them a call too.\r \r THNX CSSI DAVID P more
