My Family has been with CPI for 7 years, durring that time we have had no issues. However 6 months ago we switched to Digital Phone. At that time we began to experience issues, we had to have workers out atleast once a month, often times multiple times within a month. We finally had enough of paying for a service we couldn't use. We contacted CPI to cancel Service, they scheduled someone to come get the motherboard from our box. When Tim Cogdill came he offered us a better deal if we would give them the opportunity to rectify the situation, and said he sometimes just left the board. The following day I called and told him we were moving to another Security company. He was curt with me from that point on said he had to get the motherboard and that I had to sign a notice of cancelation. When the new Alarm system came out, we found out our motherboard was literally cut out , all the wiring had to be retraced. In addition power had been left to the wires that were cut, which was a potential fire hazard. After the attitude I recieved choosing to change companies I would never work with CPI again, and I will strongly discourage any ffreinds from choosing a company that would act so unprofessionally.
