When I contacted customer service about picking up the furniture we had leased to stage our house, I was told they could not pick it up until 9/17 (20 days away). (my settlement is on 9/3). They refused to call me if they had a cancellation that would allow for an earlier pick-up. Absolutely inflexible. The only suggestion offered was that I drive the furniture 1.5+ hours to their warehouse - did I mention they already have my money for picking up the furniture! BUT when they wanted to start collecting money for the leased furniture, they had the furniture at the house in less than a week. Funny how that worked out.
Pros: Quick delivery so they can start collecting your money
Cons: Absolutely unhelpful, inflexible customer service.
