Great service 1/26/2018

Dave and Kevin arrived right on time, explained their procedure, and went to work analyzing my home. They were efficient, worked well as a team, and answered all my questions. My only suggestion is that they be a bit more comprehensive when going over what they did and what they found at the end. I did not ask exactly what was accomplished, and though they gave me some numbers and some information about my home energy picture, a simple list of each step they took might have been easier to understand. Dave and Kevin were friendly and personable, comfortable to have in my home. I appreciate the service that CMC Energy provides, especially that it is free for Wallingford residents. more

Great Job- nice guys- limited by Groton Utilities restrictions 1/11/2018

Technicians were competent and efficient. (and pleasant). They identified lots of improvements that should be made. Unfortunately, my power company, Groton Utilities, limits what and how much they can do. Within those constraints, Marshall and Chris did a great job. Perhaps someone could share this review with Groton Utilities. more

Phenomenal Service and Result By Professionals 12/28/2017

Duncan and Spencer spent an entire day making our house more energy efficient. They showed up on time, were meticulous and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing throughout the day. When we decided we had a personal preference for something based on aesthetics, they, without hesitation or question, took the time to undo all the work that they already done. Both Duncan and Spencer were extremely pleasant and professional, and we couldn't recommend them or their work any more strongly. We genuinely feel that having Duncan and Spencer in our house today, due to their knowledge and attention to detail, saved us hundreds of dollars in the year and years to come. Thank you, guys! more

Dunkin and Spencer as workers and representatives of your company CMC, did a great job in evaluating and correcting minor problems in their evaluations. They were cordial and spent time explaining what they were doing and answering any of my questions. I would highly recommend them to others for an energy evaluation. more

Energy Audit 11/28/2017

We greatly appreciate getting called when an opening occurred on 11/27. We are thrilled this energy audit was completed before January. Duncan and Spencer arrived on time and were very thorough, professional and informative. Duncan took great care to explain what they were going to do, what they did and how each action contributed to energy efficiency whether that be water, electric, heating or cooling. He mentioned other options and was very informative without a hard sell approach. The house was left clean from any materials used. We will highly recommend CMC and the Duncan/Spencer team to our neighbors! more
