After having carpet installed we noticed a sizable stain and called Eagle the same day as the installation. The owner and his wife came out to our house, got down on his hands and knees, felt and smelled the stain. He could not tell what the stain was and said he would have our sales rep call the manufacturer. Over a week went by and we heard nothing. Only after repeated phone calls by us did the manufacturers rep come out. After viewing the stain he said he would have an independent rep come out and examine. Over another week later - nothing. We again called Eagle and our ""Sales Rep"" was of absolutly NO HELP. WE had to call Mohawk - WE had to find out that the rep never turned in a claim! WE had to AGAIN call Eagle who in turn - and this is acording to Mohawk - stated that there was NOTHING wrong with the carpet. This is after speaking with the owner who said ""He never said that"" yet twice Mohawk has told us that is what was told to them by Eagle!
