Fun place for the whole family. Great place for a first date. The seafood is seasoned very well. Pretty loud for any quiet talk but fun for all other talk. Any mistakes that are made get fixed or made right quickly. Sea food is cooked well. Kids love the outside play area in the sand. Dinner by the man made lake is very nice for a date night. You are even furnished with a lovely bib to keep shells from being all over your clothes. more

Joe's Crab Shack 8/19/2005

If you like seafood, you will like this place. This is definitely a place you can take kids to. THey have an outdoor play area for kids. The shrimp and rice and veggie meal is great, Iit also has a yummy6 lemon sauce with it) but after my appetizer and meal, I still wasn't totally full. I love to order their spinach and artichoke dip with chips as an appetizer. I don't know if they have dessert, but Im assuming that they do. The atomsphere is busy and loud, but quite large. The waiters even dance now and then. more

Fun place for lunch 7/28/2005

I went to Joe's for lunch with my coworkers. We were amazed at all the different decorations on the walls ... this kept us entertained while we waited for our food. Someone had a birthday when we were there, and it was an embarassing experience for them -- I'd pass on that public humiliation! I had the fish and chips, which were excellent. My coworkers really enjoyed the crab cakes. The view onto the lake at Jordan Creek Mall is fabulous, too. They have a mini pier you can walk on while you wait for a table. more
