DIRTY pool 6/7/2011

This place has the location and potential to be a high-end facility but they can't even keep the pool clean. Every time I swim there is a wad of hair in my lane, plus brown smudges on the bottom that turn into a cloud when you swish them. Pool deck has issues, too. Management needs to pay attention, but nothing is done in response to complaints. more

Service & Trainers Suck. Way overpriced for what you get. 10/10/2009

Way overpriced for what you get. Dirtly locker rooms. They market it as an upscale facility which it totally is not.Trainers don't follow through. Agree with previous poster. total rip off. Go else where. Pros: Good location , OK equipment Cons: Service & Trainers Suck more

This place does not get it! They raise their rates without warning and charge your charge card. THEN they have the nerve to refuse to reimburse you when the error is noted. Just don't bother with this place............. It has many other problems besides the above........ In this economy, there are much less expensive places to exercise. Pros: convenient location if you live near downtown Cons: everything else more
