stay away from this gym; I was a member of Bali's and they took my money 2-3 times a month; I spent 6 months fighting them and had to cancel my credit card; Crunch turned out to be just as bad; they sent my account to collections without one phone call or email; nobody got back to me when I was trying to get some answers; BAD BAD place more

I work out at Beaverton, and think it's the greatest place on earth! I am a mother of two, but I find time to make Crunch a part of my day. Steve is great there, aswell as all there wonerful staff and fitness classes. Tred & Shed baby!!! more

Very Clean 3/26/2011

People of all ages, shapes, sizes, colors and fitness levels work out here - from bodybuilders to dieters to the elderly. Everyone is serious about getting fit. It is big and open with lots of windows, making it easy to see your car parked in the lot. This eliminates the theft and break-in problems so common at many gyms. It has a great selection of free weights, traditional weight machines, newer machines and a vast array of cardio equipment. They also offer classes. The best part to me is it is REALLY CLEAN. I left my old gym because it got too dirty. Crunch is a great place to work out. more

Great for everyone! 2/6/2011

Crunch has done something wonderful for the people of Gresham! They have provided a great atmosphere for everyone to work out as well as offering a price that everyone can afford. I have seen people who are in exceptional shape as well as many very heavy people. I have seen OLD people, young people, a person with a walker, a person in a wheelchair, a person with half a leg. It is amazing to see people from all walks of life trying to get healthy! When I see these people I am inspired! Great job, CRUNCH! more

No Bars 1/11/2011

I went over to the rack to do squats and to my surprise the bars are attached to tracks. Because free weights incorporate the stabilizing muscles that enable you to perform the movements you choose to make and are more effective in producing overall muscular strength and power gains these faux free-weights are just plain silly. I asked the girl at the desk if they could supply bars and an area to do squats, deadlifts, cleans, etc. She said ?no? and she tried to convince me that most people bring in their own bars and do squats in the middle of the walkway, LOL sure they do. If you are serious about fitness and strength training involving free-weights, than this is NOT the gym for you. I just wish they would have been upfront with me in the first place. more
