I've been to a few gyms in the denver area.. didn't exactly love this one.. the class schedules could be better... I elected to have my membership change from the downtown campus...

Old, dirty, not very friendly 11/2/2009

Staff is surly. Indoor pool is gross- just old, filthy, and dark. If you're going to join CAC, the DTC location is about a 1000x better. Also, this place is a lot more expensive than most other clubs in the area and NOT worth it! Pros: Outdoor pool was nice at one time Cons: Rude staff. Old facility that is pretty dirty. more

ummmm.. not the best 10/14/2008

I've been to a few gyms in the denver area.. didn't exactly love this one.. the class schedules could be better... I elected to have my membership change from the downtown campus to inverness because I switched jobs and the change was not smooth, they overcharged me.. acutally charge me for both locations which I had to call about twice, they also didn't transfer my perference for locker rental service. It took more then a few phone calls during business hours to get everything figured out.... I liked the newer equipment in the cardio area.. but the ladies (adult) restroom and shower area was less then I would have expected... it was old and what I would call dingy.... for the price, its not worth it... more

Attitude attitude 3/10/2008

The staff at this gym could not be less helpful. I consider myself a fit person but the staff was so pretentious that they snubbed me because i'm not a size 2, 25 year old bombshell. I don't need to go to a gym that doesn't think I'm good enough to be a member. And, when I tried to cancel my membership I had to pay for an additional month and a half. Cons: Disparaging staff and alot of contracts more

Bad customer service, will lie to sell a contract 9/26/2007

I am livid at this facility. When I joined they told me that I can cancel at any time, as long as I gave notice a few days before the direct deposit was processed. There have also been NUMEROUS automobile break ins in the parking lot (including mine). I dont feel as if I should have to pay triple the price of other local gyms, and not feel safe parking in their lot. I called to cancel my membership, and I was told that I would have to pay for 2 more months. The person who I worked with while joining has now quit, and they do not care what he told me. The ameneties are not great, the showers are frequently dirty, and the class schedule is poor. I do not recommend this gym. more
