I did business with North Park Rental in Machesney Park for the 1st time this past week. I must say that by far is was the worst experience I have ever had with a local business. We will NEVER be back. I was astounded at the lack of professionalism from not only the employees but also the Vice President Todd Sallinger. I understand having a bad day or being under staffed and generally I would give a place a 2nd chance but this experience was so bad I am still flabbergasted 2 hours later. I like to support our local small businesses but this one will be crossed of my list for sure! Pros: null Cons: null more
