Unless you are on a League, stay away! 9/6/2008

We tried to go on a Saturday night, for a family night and even though there were several lanes open, we could not get one. It was""league"" night and we were told sorry nothing available. Not to mention the the place smells really BAD! Even though is says no smoking, people were smoking and it had a musty smell. It is very dark and dirty looking. We ended up at Centennial Lanes and had the BEST time. Don't waste the time or gas going to Park Lanes, it's not what it used to be. The staff was pretty rude, since we were not on a league! Horrible customer service 1/21/2007

My husband and I are beginner bowlers who bowl at least one night a week. The customer service at George Pappas has always been fantastic in the restaurant portion. The employees that work the front desk are rude, and don't represent the fun that bowling can be for the patrons. I work retail and know the value that customer service brings to a business. My husband and I will never be patrons of Geore Pappas again. more

    Sure, Park Lanes is a bowling alley, with lanes and rental shoes and a pro shop and bowlers and everything. But people also come here to grab a bite to eat. The burgers are decent and the onion rings are great, as the painted sign outside advertises. There's even a lunch special that includes two games of bowling.
