CIG IS ONE OF THE WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTES I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I E-MAILED THEM FOR HELP BECAUSE THEY OVER CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. SENT THE SAME E-MAIL 3 MORE TIMES AND THEY IGNORED ME EACH TIME. THEY LOVE TO TAKE MONEY BUT THEY WONT TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEM GO AWAY. The most unprofessional representative ever! (ext.214) I was a late on a car payment (first time) due to overextending myself for Christmas. They called all my references informing them that i was late. Then some how finding my place of employment they called. I explained that when i got paid on Friday (4 days away) i would make the full payment. She said she wouldn't wait, and they were going to repo my car. She was rude, and spoke loudly over me, then hung up on me. I cant wait to get out of work today to go down to the office and speak with her supervisor. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Someone must shut this company down! A relative used my phone number without my permission as a contact. And now every time he is late on his car payments. They constantly harass me every day with phone calls to give him a message. I've told them not to call me anymore, but they still do. I've lost my temper with them so many times I am ready to change my phone number. They're must be someplace these people can be reported to. The people who work for them are so threating I want to strangle them over the phone. They must be desperate for money to work for such a discusting company. CIG FINANCIAL is by far the worst company ever. Not only are the payment methods obsolete...They are the worst human beings ever. They dont have any compassion for a rough month. They threaten a customer with legal actions and repossions after 1 month of a missed car payment. I dont recommend this company for anyone. I dont care if the company themselves respond to this review to defend themselves....You can put a price on human compassion. Pros: nothing Cons: They are quick to repo and collect.
