If you are looking to rent an apartment here please read this first. My daughter has been looking to move due to her current location going through renovations. She found a posting for Cedar Wright Gardens and made an appointment. They informed her in order to apply she needed first months rent with a nonrefundable $50 both for the application up front. I had never heard such a thing but her being desperate she went. Now when she got there they only would take money order and didn't inform her that it had to be separate money orders. Being as she had already brought a money order of $1098 they told her to just get another $50 money order and they will consider $1098 for first months rent. A week came she picked it up and they gave her the same money order she brought in which she could have done when she called for it the first time. Her not having the money when she called for it caused her to lose the apartment she was approved for and got scammed out of $50. It is disgusting how they say as little as possible to get as much as they can. I seriously hope they fee
