A guy backed into my car with his SUV causing quite a bit of damage. I called Jerry Rhynes Collision for the repair and they are great! They helped with everthing from working with the insurance company to setting up my rental car. I brought my car in on a Monday morning and they had it ready for pick up the following Friday. I have been to Jerry Rhynes collision 3 times. the reason I have kept going back is because the owner has contacted me many times. Nothing wrong with having the people that work for you call people back but I thought it was a nice touch. But each time he called he offered me options. He could fix it this way or that way. I had never had that from a body shop. But this last time is why I am writing a review. I had taken my car in to get the little dents and dings fixed. I was thinking of selling and thought it would be better to get that fixed before I traded it in. Again Jerry the owner delt with me and told me that it would be cheaper for me to take the small hit on the trade in value than get them fixed. He could have taken my money but instead sent me away. I trust him and his staff. more
