Don's Body Shop in Rocky Mount, NC ... headed up by ... you guessed it ... Don ... did an absolutly spectacular job ... both in quality of work as well as service ... in getting us back on our trip after suffering damage to the front end of our car on the interstate. \r

He did in two days what would have normally taken a week anywhere else. This included checking frame alignment, diagnosis, disassemble, install 2 radiators, cut out and replace support strut, paint and install new bumper, recharge air conditioner and engine cooling system ... clean and final test . All in 2 days. \r

First, he priortized our car in front of 65 other projects just so we could get back on our trip. He tried very hard to get parts overnighted on day one but we came in past the shipping cutoff of the suppliers. I am sure this fix up would have been done in one day had our running over a piece of wood happened a few hours earlier.\r

Second, he had original equipment parts by Honda ... not some after market brand or remanufactured parts ... over nighted in from Charolete NC. He said this was the first time in 4-5 yrs that an insurance company approved OEM parts. Congrats to GEICO on working with Don on this.\r

Third, when one of the parts was left on the dock in Raleigh, nc ... over 50 miles each way ... he sent his worker by car to pick up. . Normally a shop would have delayed fixing the car for another day waiting for the package to be delivered with next day shipments.\r

Finally, Don was interested in his quality work being top notch ... he called us while we were on the road a few hours after leaving to make sure everything was all right. Further more ... he called again the following morning to check if we got home alright after 9 hours of driving.\r

The incredible service of Don took some of the sting of having the accident .. but enabled us to get back on the road after a short stay of enjoying Rocky Mount , NC.\r
