I have used C.A.R Clinic of Westfield for 20 years. Chris and his team are highly professional and deliver service with character and integrity. There have been numerous times when they have saved me money with their recommendations and even turned away business when they discovered an extended warranty on a part. They even steered me away from used vehicles that have lower reliability. If you are seeking a mechanic shop that does honest, high quality work, look no further. more

Great customer service! 7/25/2010

I was on a family vacation for our son's national bowling tournament when we discovered a ratteling noise in the front end of our Ford Windstar. I contacted Chris Cotton and he said to bring it in the next morning. The mechainc took a test drive and then took a look at the problem and told me it was nothing major and we would be able to make it back to Minnesota with no problems. The price? no charge! Pros: Great customer service Cons: None more
