C2 Pilates Studio offers classes with something of interest for everyone: Pilates classes for women focusing on toning and flexibility, including prenatal and postnatal conditioning; Pilates for men concentrates on stability and stamina building, for developing Powerhouse core strength; and Pilates for kids which focuses on good posture, strength and fun—an investment in fitness and wellbeing for a lifetime of good health.
