Brought car in for minor quarter panel damage. Could see a few minor ripples in damaged area after they fixed and returned car to me, but paint looked good except for some orange peel. Brought back for some color sanding to take care of OP. After a month had to return again because paint shrunk revealing sanding scratches. They took care of it and gave me a rental car, but was not happy to have to return the car so many times. The staff was very nice, very easy to deal with and did a great job. Convenient to downtown and Caltrain. Also did the work quickly and had the car ready when they said they would. My old Honda Civic happened to be parking right in front of C&C Body Shop overnight at Mountain View in February. The next morning when I was trying to start the car it wouldn't start! After numerous void attempt I walked into the shop asking for help. Ralph was very nice. He tried to jump start my car, but it was obvious that the battery wasn't the problem. So he found a few guys to push my car into the garage, and assured me that his team would take care of it. I received a drop off at work, and later on they found out that it was my spark plugs that needed to be changed. They fixed it within the day and the car has been running very well since. more

My Honda Accord 2005 was rear ended by a BMW 525 last Saturday (Feb 7, 2009). The BMW driver's insurance company State Farm paid for the repair. I had the car checked by C&C on Monday (Feb 9, 2009), they ordered rear bumper. Yesterday (Feb 11, 2009) I dropped the car there and today, I got the car back with a shinning new bumper (well, it is a re-conditioned bumper, but who cares as long as it does the job). C&C did excellent and quick job! I would highly recommend them. Pros: polite and accurate. Cons: limited parking space outside the office. more

Thanks C& C Auto Body for being honest! It is refreshing to deal with people who care and are being clear as what is going to happen next. Ralph the estimator explained what the process was and how quickly he was going to get me back on the road. He called and explained what, where, when and why of what was happening to my car, he even emailed me pictures! Most of all, he was honest with the time frames so I could adjust my schedule. I dont plan on having an accident but I know where to go! Pros: Good communication! Cons: none more

--Bottom line first: I did and would go back there (although I hope I won't need to).\r \r --My knowledge about cars and car repair is probably above average as is my attention to such details, and I had an excellent experience at C&C (Ralph). My Honda Pilot had some ""good"" damage to hood and fender and other external body parts. They did a great job, replacing what needed to be replaced and repairing the rest, including perfect color matching, curving, etc. When I had comments/questions - they listened and addressed them right away in a friendly way without giving me the feeling that I am a pain or an idiot... \r \r --Ralph told me to return with any question or related problem, if I had any, and he will address them under warranty. When I returned few months later with something that was not necessarily related - they simply took it and fixed it at no charge without even questioning. I was impressed by their pleasant approach, attention to customer needs and by their accurate time estimates. \r \r --Speaking of customer focus, in case you need to wait there (which I did the second time around for ~10-15 minutes), they have a clean and quiet waiting room with coffee, sweets computers, internet, etc.. If that is not enough for you - good food, coffee-shops, book stores and more are plenty right around the corner. more

Got rear ended two weeks after getting my new car, brought it to C & C Body Shop and there were no hassles. They took care of everything for me with insurance and of course the body work. Car came back looking better than it did when i first got it, really superb work. Would definitely recommend to other customers who are in need of a top of the line body shop. I just want to start out this review by saying that I was thrilled with the amazing service! The day of my accident, I called C &C and spoke to Ralph. I was distraught at the time, but he was incredibly reassuring and calming (this guy should charge extra for his services as a therapist and counselor!) and we set up a time for me to bring the car in. I instantly had the feeling that my car was in good hands! A few days later I came to the shop and Ralph estimated the damage and did a brief fix of my door so I could keep driving the car until the part came in. The following day I brought the car in and since I had no rental, they provided a ride for me back to my apartment in Menlo Park. (I have to point out here that shuttle service is something I've never experienced before with a body shop!) Ralph called me every day to update me on the progress of the car and was extremely prompt on finishing the job. When I went to pick up my car, it was beautiful and flawless, like it was on the day I bought it. I was quite pleasantly surprised by the $100 discount coupon he presented to me - saving money means so much more to me right now because I'm looking for a job - so I can't imagine a more perfect ending to what can normally be an unpleasant experience. All their work is guaranteed, and these guys obviously take great pride in what they do. They also take their customer relationships very seriously, and this is why they have a very loyal customer base.\r \r In summary, C &C is the gold standard for a body shop. They are true professionals and customer advocates and they will work with you to achieve the best possible outcome. I had my car fixed twice by this body shop in the last six months. In both cases, while I was enjoying their coffee and cookies, the estimate was completed. I then used their phone to submit the estimate to my Insurance Company; the claim was approved next morning. I believe C&C?s cost must be reasonable and the owners trustworthy so that the Insurance Company can also expedite its process.\r \r The repair work was fast and excellent. In both cases, I was told it would take three days, but the car was ready before store closes on the second day. The work was superb, the dents and scratches were completely disappeared; the bumper looks like brand new. \r \r I also like the family-owned atmosphere of the shop. They treat customers genuinely and friendly. I was offered free ride home and pick up service since I do not need to lease a car. Well...what can I say. A year ago, someone backed into the hood of my car; no sign of that having happened. Just recently, someone backed into the passinger side rear; ditto. Lifetime warranty...as long as I own the car...can one ask for more? more

The people at C & C Auto Repair really try to please. I'm a pretty fussy customer especially when it comes to matching the ""velocity red paint"" on my wife's Mazda RX-8. They took the time to do the job right and did not quit until they got the paint match exactly right. They were very professional, honest, and straightforward with all aspects of the repair. They also had some excellent reviews. So I went with them. \r \r They turned out to be top of the line, got me out in a few days, the work looked fantastic, couldn't even tell I had had an accident, even did some free touch-ups from other dings, had coffee while waiting, free car rental for 3 days from Enterprise (they picked me up both times), had a computer to check my email while the guys were filling out paper work, State Farm listed them. No accidents, and all of a sudden, two in 1 year! My insurance gave me some names, and so I went here. My first car came back looking GREAT! They were helpful, and very flexible with pick-up times, etc. They even did a little extra repair for free, AFTER I'd already paid them, and they had no obligation to help me. THAT'S how nice these people are! \r I deal with MANY people on a daily basis, and the owners here are genuine, and I DON'T get the feeling that they're trying to rip me off. They're honest and sincere, and definitely very straightforward. Very willing to work with you, on your budget. What can I say? I have an accident-prone family. One time for me (rear-ended), one time for my niece who borrowed my car (sandwiched in a multi-car accident) and once for my husband (backed into another car in the Lowe's parking lot). My new car got rear ended at a stop light. I hadn't even gotten my license plates yet :-(\r I reported it to my insurance company but they took 3 days to get back to me because they were having some kind of weather problems and had been evacuated due to flooding. They said I could either pay for it myself and get reimbursed or wait until they could schedule an estimator. A friend of mine told me about \r C & C so I took it to them. Ralph and Joe took great care of me. They did the work right away and, even though I paid them for the work, they pursued the insurance claim for me. I got my reimbursement within 10 days. The work was perfect and it looked brand new. These guys are wonderful. They treat you like a member of their family. Pros: They do the paperwork and te work is awesome! more
