Bad - Left a big hole in the wall 10/27/2007

Left a Huge mess...... noticed the working toilet was cracked and replaced with a cheap toilet without giving any choices. Identified it was wobbling and they said it would not happen again.... IT IS.\r \r Bad news.... laughed when they called to solicit me. AVOID more
