I took my car in for repair, and truth be told, they did a good job on what needed to be fixed. However, when I picked up my car, the drivers side interior door handle was nothing more than a destroyed mass of plastic that could not open the door. When I brought it to their attention, they said I would have to pay for the part because the door handle is "normal wear and tear and [they] can't guarantee that". I have had the car for 15 years and never had a problem with it. They had it for a week and it looks like a rhinoceros was attempting to open the car door. And the repair was on the passenger side, they had no reason to get into the car door. Take pictures of everything they will touch for your records, you might need it more

This is hands down the best place. I started workn there n 78. The owner is a master tech and trained me himself. Not only can they overhaul but we use to do all Redtop cabs transmissions. In the interest of time = same day service and cost. We had a transmission rebuilder next to us that we drop off old ones to and get a rebuilt trans. This works great because 1/3 of transmission cant be repair because of internal damage. The trans rebuilder only does rebuilding no install. They can do a really good job cause thats all they do.You get same warranty either way. I learn to rebuild transmissions, engines,starter and repair everything working there. While other shops are parts changers we fixed car problems.We worked a lot on cars that had problems other shops could fix. Sometimes it would take hours or days to fig. out. The owner cheyenne and my self would test drive or trouble shoot till we got it fixed. So with that said Ive been a master tech myself 30 plus years. I moved away years ago and not currently workn there now. But I was there a few weeks ago and all is well. We started out n a two lift shop. Now 2 big buildings so great to see a business grow and i'm so proud to have had a hand in that. So stop by and tell Cheyenne you read this and Rick sent you and to give you a good deal. This is a huge car body shop that does great work. I brought in my car after getting a fender bender and they had it fixed in three days. The paint job was professional and I couldn't even notice the difference from the original manufacturer's paint job to the new repaired paint job. They accept most insurance claims and repair foreign and domestic cars. more
