Yet another great experience at CS Auto 4/20/2014

As usual the service I received at CS Auto was excellent. I new my car was overdue for service, and arrived with a list of concerns. Every one of my concerns was addressed, and after going over my car thoroughly a plan was made that got the critical stuff done by my deadline, with a care plan for the less critical stuff. Affordable, reliable, courteous, timely, and honest, as usual! Thank you CS! more

Not so satisfied this time around "/ 4/19/2014

We been a customer for about 5 years now.. Never had a problem & always been happy with their service. But we recently took our vehicle in to get it fixed & they fixed parts that needed to be fixed but didn't fix the problem that we wanted & the main reason we took our car in for. Still making some loud knocking noise. Not very happy right now. Thinking of taking our car elsewhere. more

I'm a believer! 8/7/2013

C&S has done a great job! I just found them a few months ago but I've been in for 4 desperate occasions: repairs, maintenance & oil changes, and I have left happy each time. Shanna made a great first impression, she understood my concerns right away and knew her stuff. Ryan is super friendly and helpful, and Chris was very kind too. Chris and Shanna stayed extra late one night to try and figure out an issue with my car, even though they initially said they'd get to it the next day. I've been very impressed with them, I know where I am going from now on! more
