C & R Svc

I have been going to C&R Service since 1992. I drive for a living and it is important to me to have my vehicle in ""tip top"" running condition. On average I put around 200 miles a day on my van.\r \r Prior to finding C&R I was not happy with the level of service and the quality of repair that I received from other shops. The mechanics are up to date and certified in all aspects of auto repair. I find them very knowledgeable about auto systems and very competent in how they approach a repair. I have never had services and repairs done that were not needed. Their expertise with diagnosing the problem with my van is beyond compare. They stand behind their warranties ( a guarantee is as good as the person who gives it) and strive for excellence with their work.\r \r They know I use my van for work and do everything they can to get me back on the road ASAP. They treat their good customers very well. I can't tell you how many times they have stopped what they were doing to adjust a belt, tighten a hose clamp, fix a flat and not ""nickle dime"" me in the process.\r \r I like the fact that I'm always given options and explained the consequences of what my choices might be. I have come to understand my vehicles (I have 4) and have learned from them how best to maintain and repair them so that I am able to get the maximum performance and longevity. They are knowledgeable about replacement parts. They know which manufacturer of whatever part is better than the same part made by another.\r \r C&R is priced fairly, they do excellent work, take pride in their work, stand behind their work and parts, they care and are just a bunch of nice guys!\r \r I often stop at C&R just to say Hi cause once they fix something I don't have to come back for a long time.\r \r My delivery van is pushing 700,000 miles! There still going STRONG at C&R Service. What a GREAT shop, love Carl, Richard and Bill. I have two cars and the guys there keep them going, good prices, GREAT service. Its been 20 years dealing with them, even in these bad times there is a waiting list to get in. When you want it fixed right call them. Not the cheapest but there are damn good. My family has been C&R customers for fifty years. They do outstanding work and always in a timely manner. I highly recommend C&R to anyone who wants excellent work at a reasonable price. Extremely high priced. Gouges customers. Service is very poor since Rich left. Takes days, even weeks to get your car serviced. Its not the same since Rich left.\r \r We marked an item we needed replaced. checked it and was CHARGED for it but part WAS NOT replaced.\r \r They seem to name their prices as they go along.\r \r I recommend Automotive Pro on 123rd and Lorain...\r \r RICH...WHERE R U????
