We called them for window installation. We needed an early time, due to early rising, for the appointment for a bid, our fourth. They called the day before to verify the time and date. 90 minutes after the appointment, we were in bed sleeping and left a note on the door that we were not hiring them. He still rang the doorbell, and called at a later time to say he was ""not used to early appointments"" then, because of the doorbell ringing, our pet woke us as we work very early. Sounds like not used to working hard for that customer service\r
