Poor customer service and misguided diagnosis 5/11/2011

We called C&M to come out to fix our heating system. The repair technician said that he couldn't be sure how exactly our system worked, but that he believed that our circuit board was not opening the dampers to the downstairs of our home, and he showed us where the circuit board was damaged. more
