C&L caused over $400 damage to my car, then refused to pay for repairs. After months of failed correspondence on their part, I filed a claim with the BBB and was able to come to an agreement with the manager regarding payment. To date, C&L refunded me less than half of what was agreed to, and again they are avoiding my calls.
Terrible service, poorly maintained equipment, and management that has no regard for fulfilling stated obligations are how I would characterize C&L of East Hanover, NJ.
